[Laravel-Small task] Edit "sleeping owl plugin" for current website

I have a current website which is "LARAVEL" framework and entire website is using "sleeping owl plugin" plugin to setup. So, I have encountered a difficulty which is I am not familiar with this plugin, so I can't edit it to do one of my requirement. Let me provide you with brief introduction. I have developed a CMS and APIs for mobile apps, which is kind of online shop features. Currently, I can create product and set this product belong which "Area" & "Region". And now, I want to make this more flexible. First, I want to create one more level which is called "Country", so the dependency will become: [Country > Area > Region]. Here is my requirement (Check attached image): 1) Create Country in CMS in both English & Chinese language. 2) Create Area in CMS and allow to set belonging Country in both English & Chinese language. 3) Create Region in CMS and allow to set belonging Country & Area in both English & Chinese language. 4) Set APIs for returning above information. (APIs is already existing, just update the returning parameter.) REMARK: Actually, this is small task if you are familiar about "sleeping owl plugin" then you can finish it in 1-2 hours. I don't really familiar on it so I ask for help.
