WP Lead Registration module - simple

We need a simple WP module website is [login to view URL] LEAD - Registration % Search An easy way to create a registration module of LEADS *Important: we must be able to do a search on EVERY field *optional: (can be now or later) we must be able to export the data we must be able to email the lead to anyone the registrant must receive an email of his registration of the lead Needed fields: DATE TIME COMPANY (selectable) SALES person (selactable) Customer info : First Name Last Name Address Zip City Country Email Phone What does customer need\want ?: (bigger field to register all info) Signature registrator So thats easy to make But .... we must be able to do a search on every field !!
