Hi We use magento 1.9.3.4 and use BuyShop theme from envato. When we enable 3D secure via caridnal ecommerce, the popup does not show resulting the transaction being declined. (Although if we disable the theme and work on default theme it works fine) We use one page checkout which comes with the theme. Theme is heavily modified so it could be a js conflict or something missing from the template. Please only bid if you are aware of the issue and have done this in the past and happy to work right away. We dont want to you to bid, accept and then to reply that my team will look into it after a few days.

I hope you are doing great! I have gone through your requirement and understood it very well. I have worked well with magento 2.0. i have created extension as well. Recently finished Payfort and Sadad for accepting payment in multiple currency at frontend where you can keep USD as base currency. I am experienced with data migration, api setup in both way of feed updates via xml and direct url based csv format. I have attached google analytics, pixlers, other CRM systems with magento.
