Make a rust gambling site with trade bots

I am looking into starting a Rust gamblig site with jackpot, and coinflip duels. I am going to get a domain but i already have a webhost we can use. I want to different tabs so you can select coinflip or jackpot. On the jackpot i want a straight row that shows different colors for each player. In the middle of the row there need to be a arrow that points half down into the row. And the colors scrolls to the left and what the arrow hit will be the winner of that game. We also want a display that shows witch players that are in the jackpot and their chance of winning and their color on the spinner. Look at [login to view URL], i want it almost similar to the picture([login to view URL]). If you have higher value skins, you'll get a higher chance of getting the pot. Winner gets the pot. I also want a game history for both the player and me. The player deposit with rust steam skins only. (No other skins from other games). There need to be a deposit button on the jackpot page, and if pressed a window will open and looks up the rust skins the player have and the value of them. Then the player can click on the skins they want to deposit and the bot will send a trade to the player and request the item. Therefore i need a couple of trading bots. That sends and requests trades. Coinflip will have two different colored coins. there will be 10% value range to a join coinflip that has been made by a player. The two colors will be black and red. The more you deposit with the +-10% will effect the prosent-age of winning the coinflip. Coinflip will be a 1v1 between two different players. A player can create a coinflip that a other player can join. When a player have created a coinflip the game will shoup on the coinflip tab. There a other player press join and deposit skins. As the same way they can deposit on jackpot. Look at coinflip.png. On top of the website i want something similar to [login to view URL] with steam profile name to the rigth and our logo(i have made) in the middle. At the sides of the logo are the to different tabs of coinflip and jackpot. I don't need the USD value as in picture [login to view URL] When the player is signed in the steam username will be shown in the right corner as in the picture. And if they are not signed in there will be a sign in button. They need to sign in with steam. When they hover over the name a drop down menu will appear. Example dropdown.png. And i want when they click on my profile they can add a steam trading url so the bot can send and request trades. If possible their game history can also be added. I want to have a chat that looks similar to [login to view URL] on the right side of the screen with the steam name of the player and then the message.
