Marketing & IT Coordinator / Full Time

I am in search of an experienced individual that I can hire in a semi full-time role to handle marketing and IT support for our company. They need to speak perfect English and be available to work during US Pacific time zone business hours (9 am to 5 pm PST, M-F). The Marketing & Technology Coordinator is responsible for production and distribution of marketing materials for all company departments. Under the direction of management, this person will be responsible for assisting in the development of company brand standards and creation of marketing materials pursuant to such standards. They will also report indirectly to the department managers regarding the creation of materials. They will also be responsible for technical support for team members, managing software applications, periodic maintenance of company websites and software as well as the company’s social media presence. Skills required: - Excellent communication, written and verbal - Wordpress - PHP - Graphic Design - Adobe Creative Suite - Google Workspace - VOIP systems - Social Media Marketing Assist in the production of marketing items, such as digital media, email marketing, flyers, postcards, presentations and other marketing materials Collaborate on all created marketing collateral with the respective department for approval of content Submit all collateral, after agent or department approval, to management for final approval and execution Coordinate with management on the development of email marketing and maintenance of contact databases Assist with designing and ordering of specialty sign requests for all departments Write and develop content for print, web and other advertising mediums, including radio and television in accordance with brand standards and/or approved message Conduct periodic maintenance of company external and internal websites, as well as social media outlets Monitor listings on company website and assist with improving descriptions, photos and property details Promote positive reputation management by monitoring customer reviews and working with department managers to respond in a timely and professional manner Technology Provide technical support for team members including, but not limited to, computers, phone systems, company mobile/tablet devices, software applications, etc. Assist with development and maintenance of company software applications Work with third party software companies to setup and maintain systems used Manage technology onboarding for new team members including, phones, computers, software, etc Maintain company phone system, phone trees and directories Other Responsibilities Assist with operational auditing and troubleshooting Comply with company digital recordkeeping policy Execute duties in the pursuit of excellence with minimal mistakes and/or problems Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
