MySQL & PHP - Small Function Edit

Hi. All I need is: 1) Please go to [login to view URL] You can see that the catagories are already displayed on the page but are not directing to the catagories as the previous coder was editing it for another function - "The learning center". This needs to be changed to just catagories. This function is already set in the sites code however it was taken out of the front end by the last coder. 2)The Menu tab 'Learning Center' also needs to be changed to 'catagories' and learning center home page menu taken out of home page right field. 3) Get rid of the learning center box on the right hand side of each page. 4) Some of the fields on the listing pages are not being displayed when new listings are created (number of employees, anual turnover - i.e. [login to view URL]). Additional fields need to be able to be added from admin as with the original prgramming 'add field function'in admin and added to listings page deisgn which should be easy as the interface is already there. 5) Home Page Green boxes - Move [login to view URL] (file included) underneath sample links and modify box so that the lines are thinner.
