Oddschecker Type Software - Scrape Horse Racing Odds

Hi, I would like to be able to scrape prices on UK and Ireland horse races directly from bookmakers (namely Paddy Power,Bet365,Boylesports,Ladbrokes,William Hill). I would also like prices for the same events scraped from Betfair for comparison purposes, and ideally have bets flagged when the Betfair lay price is lower than the price of the same selection with a bookmaker I would also like the each way part of bets compared to the place price on betfair. So if a horse race has EW terms of Top 3 1/5, the each way price should be automatically calculated by dividing the win price by 5 (which would hopefully be possible by screen scraping EW terms from the bookmakers race page), and compared to the place price on Betfair. Again, bets where the Betfair place lay price is lower than the each way part of the bookmaker bet should be flagged by the software. For both win and each way bets, the betting "edge" for each bet should be displayed in percentage terms = Bookmaker price - Betfair Lay price / Betfair Lay Price. If at all possible, when a bet is flagged, I would receive an SMS message, i would also like it compatable with excel, so ability to auto save results at a set interval I hope that this spec is clear.
