Personality Test Script PHP

I want to test MBTI Jung types via one-page test like this: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Here are similar projects (speaking about how it works): [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I want the test with the following requirements: 1- I do not require to collect info at the beginning, I only need the person to enter a correct "password", that is stored in the script (I need a place to put multiple passwords). Once the password is used, it expires (ie. it cannot be used more than once). 2- I need to put a simple logo image + text title to appear on all pages at the top. 3- I need the script questions (only the text of the questions) to work in arabic, and for the page and alignment to appear Right-To-Left. Everything else (buttons and such) can remain in English. Here is a simple arabic text (هذا اختبار), excel works perfect for Arabic, if you want me to put these in the excel CSV and test this for you, its ok. 4- As for the results, I want to simplify the matter and not tell the people their actual letter type (ie. you are an ISTJ or you are an ESTP).
