PHP image upload with admin area

Requirements: Administration area where admins can upload images (multiple images say 5 at a time). Additional text information has to be entered at the same time relevent to the image - maybe 4 or 5 fields (to be confirmed) - category, sub category, cost, description etc On upload image is converted to a thumbnail - linked to the original image Ability to edit/delete images Administration area must still look professional and must be easily incorporated into the template I will be designing for the final site. Front end Images will be displayed, with the text, in a predefined layout, and by category. Thumbnail image linked to a popup of the fullsize image. The display of the images/text must be very easily incorporated into the template which I will be creating. All code must be FULLY COMMENTED to allow me to easily incorporate it and if necessary additional notes and instructions must be provided. I know that there are free and commercial scripts available to achieve this, but I prefer to work with someone on GAF.
