PHP Modification for Avactis Shopping Cart

Looking for someone to make a small modification to an already developed PHP site. We use the Avactis Shopping Cart system and are looking for a programmer to make a few adjustments so that we can setup multiple shipping locations with different amounts per item. 1. Add ability to setup multiple locations per item 2. Create a "Location" page where we can create templated locations can be applied to specific countries (i.e., "Europe" applies to all countries in Europe) 3. Ability to import multiple locations' information via CSV. (Note: if a template location must exist in order to import) Each location noted on the CSV will add a new shipping location on the item description. Please provide examples of at least 5 PHP projects that you have programmed. If you have worked with the Avactis shopping cart system, please provide an example.
