I need a PHP developer who can Start Now , that will act as Head dev on my project. There will be modification to add to the script etc... We are on Budget, so we want to work with someone who understand this and that is HONEST and can provide reasonable delay service when we need it. RULES: >>> WE PAY IN CANADIAN CURRENCY >>> AUTOMATIC BILLING ( do not ask to change it to milestone ) >>> WE ONLY PAY TRACK TIME FROM FREELANCER APP. >>> NO MANUAL TIME ADDED WILL BE PAID EVER.
