Popuate Zencart from Wholesaler site

Integrating Zen cart with my wholesaler. Basically my wholesaler has the ability to enter a search and it builds a cvs for download. I already have a spreadsheet driven solution, but wish to automate the building on the cvs IE. submitting the query and populating the store. The sites are -log in to wholesaler -enter search -wait for spreadsheet to enter upload area -wait for zipped images to enter upload area -download both onto server -process cvs by applying same methods in spreadsheet model, simple pricing model and categorization parsing and vendor parsing -populate tables IE. update tables with latest information -unzip images and place in correct directory, produce small images for categories and the like Next phase will be once a customer places and order turning around and placing same order with wholesaler on the same site - they have a simple shopping cart model. Ultimate objective is to run everything behind the scenes.
