Prestashop Multistore Site to restrict one store to India and the other store to NOIDA only.

I have a prestashop multistore website, in which I want one shop to sell the products to whole of India and the second shop to sell products just in NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh. Only serious bidders should apply as no further extension in the bid amount will be processed. Bid whatever is suitable and then do not retract by saying that I will charge bid + y amount to do the work. The work is very urgent and needs to be done quickly. The bidder will also have to tell me what changes he made and in which files. If there is seriousness, then please bid otherwise not.
