Program that links Metatrader to binary options platform

I need a plugin or a program, any software that can link any EA or indicator that is running in the program metatrader4 or 5 to any binary options platform of my choice, Even demo accounts. The program will have the indicators and EA's trades placed instantly to the binary options account, for instance: if an EA that is running on metatrader gives a buy order, then a call trade will be placed in my binary options broker. The trades need to be placed in a matter of milliseconds, I know that speed will vary depending on my internet connection, and I will take this into account with the lag. The program should be able to place many trades simultaneously without freezing or giving an error, if there are twenty trades being placed all on different assets at the same time, then it should still be able to go through within a second and all the trades should be placed. I also need there to be a username and password for me to log in to this software, and an option for me to create other accounts and how long the software will work on these accounts the software should be encrypted and incredibly inaccessible to any other programmer.
