Quick Job - Need freelancer to do pre-landing

I need you to actually make it unique , and make almost exact copy so that bots don't regonize it being exact the same ) using HTML and CSS or some other necessary. I need a prelander that I can paste into a wordpress site and i should be able to change prelander redirect link easily. It needs to look good on mobile phones and desktop like the one in the link.
