Shopify Survey Popup PHP Plugin

Looking for a developer to create a Shopify plugin. The plugin will be a survey funnel that will popup when new user visits the site. The user then will answer a series of questions in the form of text or image questions. The final step of this survey will be a coupon code with a timer(when the offer expires). Once the user closes out of the survey a bar will also appear above the header with the coupon code and timer. This plugin will also need an admin settings page that allows the admin to add steps and questions to the survey along with the coupon code and time limit.
