At our company we use Zurmo. An awesome simple CRM with lots of functionalities. We love it, but the community is a little inactive, and we have a few feature requests. The main issue that is holding us back is that the opportunities that are shown at an account (the opportunity widget) are not ordered on a particular way. We would like to see it ordered by close date (from newest to oldest). Furthermore we would love to be able to go to a filter with one click. See the PPT for some more details and pictures. Zurmo is an open source Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application written in PHP utilizing jQuery, Yii Framework, and RedBeanPHP.
