Morning To be able to give you a real price we need to chat first because the migration require some important info becasuse - Some themes on 1.6 dont work on 1.7 ( I need to know your theme) - Some modules on 1.6 dont work on 1.7 ( I need a list of modules you use ) - Why 1.7.2 and not 1.7.5 ( these version is a real change because se 1.7.2 is a litle buggy) The migrattion canbe a 1 hour job or many days base on these I have more 4 yeasr working with prestashop yu can check my reputation here or in the Prestashop Forum Regards
