User registration form/modal functionality

We are looking for someone to create the php/code to make a user registration form (in a modal) functional. For this project to be successfully completed the following must be achieved: On clicking "Register" all user input fields should be properly sanatised and validated If any fields contain errors they should be highlighted on the page for correction. If all fields are good the user should be added to the database. All database statements should be done using PDO Adding a user to the database should also include their IP address and signup date/time Upon successful addition to the database completion a success message should be generated. You will be given: The Tables and fields relating to users The specific html markup relating to the registration modal Answers to any questions you may have Access to other required files as needed We expect: A file containing modifications to the markup for the form to work A [login to view URL] file containing your well commented functions for us to add as a require('[login to view URL]'); Any additional markup/php/code that will be required outside of the modal. Your functions to be able to be called on say a full registration page form and work without requirement to make modifications. All code is verified before addition to the site and as such access to the files directly will not be possible, we are currently looking for competent coders to join the team not someone who can hack and slash through our allready available code. ***Important*** I am only interested in individual coders whom I can deal with directly. This is a personally funded project so price is a large consideration. You MUST submit a proposal to be considered including the number of hours you expect this simple task to take. Please feel free to make suggestions and ask questions in your proposal as pointing out where things could be achieved more efficiently/better is a big part of the type of person we are after. ***************
