Website Design - just like an available theme, no CMS

We are looking for a website just like this: [login to view URL] HOWEVER, we don't want it in wordpress, and don't want it tied to a theme at all... the website needs to be completely customized in both colour, some layout options, and with our branding. Must also be responsive, and have the option of having video play at the top instead of a slideshow. Bootstrap / Parallax design. Needed Pages: - Main Page - Services Page (7 core services, 3 value services) - About Us page - display our team in a creative and fun way - portfolio page - past work, unique way of showing what we've done is needed - Careers / Jobs - a creative way to display possible positions must be displayed - Contact Us / Request a quote - map of our location on Google maps, our phone number, our email and a web form to request a quote. Other features: - newsletter signup / management - full social media integration (twitter, instagram, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn) - testimonials, could be separate page or tied into existing page - Blog system, should have its own page, but newest post can be tied into other page - full FRENCH integration, we will engage someone to provide all the written content in French for the French site. Conditions: - 50% milestone to be made upon project being awarded - 50% when completed - no release until full completion - Responsive, CSS based design, NO CMS - links/portfolio to similar sites designed - if no portfolio, an idea of what you are thinking it should look like - all features mentioned fully functional and ready for launch - must adhere to our print and existing branding (colours, etc..)
