Wordpress multisite (directories) with corporate, community and ecommerce

We need a developer to design for us a total of 3 website within the same domain. The CMS is Wordpress and the themes we choose are: - Divi (Child theme for the corporate website with a blog) - Divi Commerce (a Divi Child theme for woocommerce) - Kleo (community). Additional themes are available at premium contents providers. The developer will also have a very wide portfolio of premium plugins already licensed, for security, membership, backup and design purposes, including many premium Divi Add Ons. The website is hosted with a professional plan with good sizing of resources and nearly full access to the server backend is available. PHP 7.1 It is higly welcome someone able to give us suggestions to keep the platform nice looking, functional and flexible to adapt to the upcoming business challenges, considering the website as a core business tool. We need to design the website including extra functions to run custom analytic. It is not clear if the existing tools are suitable for this purpose, but we can add everything needed. We would like to avoid custom coding to keep the system as open and flexible as possible. Deadlines are flexible, but we would like the corporate website ready within about the end of April, then the community website within one additional month, to end with the ecommerce website ready within the end of June. The budget for the project is for the 3 websites, additional plugins fees and the creation of the Woocommerce products catalog is not included. Please note that: - the community website needs very little design - the eshop needs limited design and layout Injectors are licensed and available. ToS and all the descriptive parts must be included in the corporate website . the corporate website must be composed by 3 main areas presenting our main product lines, plus the usual informational areas about the company and the ecommerce - the design must be WPML ready, and WPML will be added to the project during the development, even if this development is required in English only - the development must include social network integration and mail opt in, using the available plugins - a rewarding system using MyCred must also be integrated with the 3 websites, - the load time of each website must be below 1 Sec using caching and CDN - additional skills that will allow to improve SEO will be considered a huge plus (we can consider an extra budget to have some basic SEO optimization included in the price) . jQuery competence is needed to avoid conflicts with the installed plugins, - users must not be allowed to access the website backend, - the development using a mobile theme (if any) will be paid on top of the budget, but the basic development must leverage the responive features of the themes (so it must be fine on mobiles) - the payment can be splitted per webiste publication 1/3 - 1/3 - 1/3 For an experienced developer there is probably less to do than expected.
