Assuming the input source to be an automatic or manual barcode scanner that acts as a keyboard, this project can be completed in a short time. Since i'm experienced as a JavaScript developer, i would do this project in NodeJS and React. #4 should be possible, but i need to do more research.

I can make it a bit different . All u do happens in a table in windowed software, As u mentioned u scan and go next unless u type a number, and this program will check for prices in Amazon and Ebay parallel. At then end u can export this list to a spreadsheet file.
