Video Stitching Live

Looking for both hardware and software design for some video stitching equipment. This will be two parts described below. Looking for most cost effective and lightest way to achive this. Part 1 - Hardware. Two 130 degree camera mounted on a holder. See design file sketch. The Camera will be fixed distance apart as to remove the need to realign the stitching. Camera's would be one of two ways to connect. Either to a small computer preferred (pi, audrino, or any other custom built hardware) or wirelessly to another computer. Part 2 - Software. Stitching software to take two camera's in Part 1 and combine them for one output. This will need to happen live. Video from camera will always be at the same angles so should be set and go for the stitching. Video will be sent to streaming engine such as Wowza. If computer is build into harware system in part one, will need a way for users to manage the all in one device, through a web interface and wifi. If camera's are to wireless send to receiver, computer will have to receive both camera feeds, and then do the same as on board hardware. Both will need simple user interface for basic configuration.
