Hi! I am new to this site, but I have solid experience (more than 15 years) in Prolog and logic programming and I am fluent with Prolog-related AI concepts. (E.g. my graduate diploma, which was years ago, was written completely in Prolog.) The bid is rather a placeholder both in price and delivery time, as it is not clear what exactly is required.
