From the word document provided in need 2 new separate documents created. I have provided the Header Design and the two different logos that need to be used. The USADebusk logo for use on the US rate sheet and the Debusk Services Canada logo for use on the Canadian rate sheet . I need the new documents to look similar with newly created tables that can be edited as needed. All of the service line rates for equipment and labor in the Canadian rate table needs to be increased by 20% over the rates provided except the Pigging and Decoking rates. These 2 new rate schedules need to be submitted to my customers . They must look professional , thought out and complete . assume all rates need $ and .00 Must look good , and tables look the same and clearly understood
