I need to write multiple cronjobs scripts to automate manual tasks required to pull data for evidence compliance from various data sources such as (Jira, Confluence, Splunk etc). All data sources are accessed by web browser. I have listed two very high level description of what one of the script would need to do. Here are two examples listed below at a high level. Example- cron job would run at the 1st of the month (March): Connect to Splunk (I am assuming using API since its web-based, web url) Search alerts based on criteria "xyz alerts" for previous month (Feb 1-28) Export into csv Save file into gDrive folder xyz or upload file to abcd Another example: Cronjob would run at set date start of compliance assessment Connect to Jira (API assumption again) Pull security issue dashboard filter by prefix of ABCD(currentyear- 2020) Export pdf/ image capture Save file into gdrive folder xyz I will share more detail for those interested.

Hi there, The requirements look quite clear and straightforward to implement, at least the ones you've shared. All of the data sources you'v listed above indeed has an API and that's exactly what we should use to pull the data out. If you share any others I can verify if they also have an API we can utilize. Anyway, since you've mentioned there'll be several other tasks I'm not gonna try to come up with an exact budget/timeframe but if interested we can discuss in more detail, thanks.

Hello Thanks for reading my proposal. I can create API data fetcher tool in python. This tool would fetch required data from Jira and Splunk. The required tasks will be executed thereafter.
