Currently, a drone video stream is transmitted from one client to another client as uncompressed video. However, this does not work via WLAN. The task is to make the transmission of the video via WLAN possible. For this, a compression must probably be used. OpenCV is used for the video transmission. Knowledge of OpenCV is therefore an advantage. The solution runs on the basis of Python scripts. Python knowledge is therefore a prerequisite. To test the implementation, the SDK of the drone should be installed: [login to view URL] Alternatively, a Teamviewer session can be provided to the client connected to a drone. The task is successful if the video transmission to the drone works via WLAN. Transmission via LAN already works and can be demonstrated.
