Create an .exe file from a .py file

I have a .py file and I need someone to make an .exe file that will perform the same actions and will be able to run on a Windows PC, without the need of Python or anything else. Here you can see the modules that are needed by the .py file: import os import sys import time import gtk import gobject gobject.threads_init() import gst import datetime from lxml import etree as ET from [login to view URL] import discoverer For someone who has Python and all of the above modules installed and working on a Windows PC, converting the .py to an .exe file, is really a matter of just a few minutes. I want to be perfectly clear that what I need, is just ONE .exe file that will be able to run on a Windows PC, without the need of installing anything else.
