Hi, I need someone that can create a desktop app that would scrape a specific Https website for data (that updates there every second and has multiple pages from which data needs to be gathered). Collect data on each page and then compare it to see if it matches the user inputed criteria. If it does it should show an alert. I will explain more in PM. Please start your proposal with I READ THE DESCRIPTION. The output can be placed in a CSV file, but it needs to update it in real time. No design is necessary. The website that will need to be scraped has an API, but it has it's limitations, so I need a custom scraper buil that doesn't use the API.
