Write a python program to load the data from the two cvs files into a PostgreSQL that add all the attributes from the .csv files directly onto the tables. For the EIA data, dropped column_order, description, and unit. The program should be able to prompt user for the file name.

Hi, With my knowledge in Python scripting, I can easily write a script that prompts the user for a .CSV file, which is then parsed and put into an existing (or alternatively create a new) table in your PostgreSQL database.
