Need Code Fixed from imageai.Detection import VideoObjectDetection ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'imageai'

Need Code fixed MUST BE PYTHON AND PYTHON MPOULES THAT CAN TRANFER TO RASPIAN(most python modules) Working on Python well and machine learning ... I started some code had it sorta working then asked someone else to finish the parts I couldn't .... he sent me video and it worked in the video ... he used Tensorflow (I'm ok with) which is fine but I can't get it to load or work  on my machines... either Mac python 3.5,3.6 (which he wrote it in ) and 3.7 or Windows Anaconda or Pycharm ... I use Anaconda which already has all the packages built in but problem is Line 1 – from [login to view URL] import VideoObjectDetection  and every single  IDE  both MAC & Window ...Anaconda, Pycharm and Wingware... I get the error   File "/Users/clayrichmond/cvfolder/to_Dolmate/[login to view URL]", line 1, in <module> from [login to view URL] import VideoObjectDetection ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'imageai' ... this part will be considered complete when the code runs on my system... you write in detail how to load and execute the code as well as record your screen steps of how to load and execute the code so I can duplicate the process ... there is mp4 file in the bundle(for testing purpose only) This program will use cameras and have to detect and track the players and ball in real time This project will be run on Raspberry pi ultimately right now it must run on Anaconda 3.7 or 3.6. (windows or mac prefer windows) Then we move to part 2  I need to detect if the ball lands in or outside the line (see attached photo) ... I played around with mask and it was ok but I want the best possible way of doing this. Things to know 1. The cameras are stationery.... The lines no matter the surface are alway white  and stationary... The courts no matter are always the same size. once detected the lines will alway be the same. There are 2 cameras each camera only has to watch it's side of the court ... no synchronizing of the 2 camera is necessary  yolo5 is too big to ... if you are aware the project I will dropbox you the Yolo5 file
