Need help building Property portfolio

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me in building my property portfolio. I am based in Australia and wish to buy the properties here. I am interested in adding mixed-use properties to my portfolio. Although I do not have a specific preferred location, I have some ideas in mind. Looking for help to secure financing and finding undervalued properties with high rental income and high capital growth. Looking for current review of my portfolio, assess if it's worth keeping or selling them and then look at financing options to determine budget and then look at potential new properties to buy. Would need detailed analysis such as stamp duty, depreciation, cash flow and projected growth I am seeking assistance with finding and negotiating the right deals. The ideal freelancer for this job would have experience in the real estate industry and possess strong negotiation skills.
