BTW - I am a native English speaker! Plenty of test development and test administration experience as an Australian psychologist (not practicing now) and HR professional (for 25+ years) who has specialized in management consulting...with significant experience assisting ICT professionals (App and Web site developers) Maybe I meet all the requirements for this task. I also have significant experience in using authoring software (which includes integrated testing) for on-line (e-learning) manager development programs. My bid for this project is for the test process/structure and content only. It does not include any on-line publishing or automation of the test. Maybe we can chat about this. This project will require close collaboration and initial clear specifications. It will also need project owner development and/or pilot testing of the questions.
