New awesome game 3D low poly textured modeling and animation needed!

Please read the description carefully before applying. We appreciate your time! We are in the process of creating a new awesome strategic 3D game (what the game is all about will be discussed later, once we get to know each other). I will just say the product is very very interesting and creative and we're aiming at specific type of 3D modeling and animation. What we look for is a long-term working relationship once we find the right person for the job, extending to much more than the current offer is about. Attached you can find some samples we want our modeling to look like. We're looking for low-poly, squarish, textured models. This sounds a bit like voxels, but we don't want voxels, as we feel like they're a little.... overused. Every 2nd game is voxel and we don't want that. The models we want include couple of characters (maybe 10 for a start), couple of objects and some items. Work on the terrain maybe will also be included. Animation of the models is also necessary, so we need strong animation skills. The exact scope and budget will be discussed further. We just want a keen, motivated and talented person for what we do so it works for both of us.
