Find content on the internet - Research Job

I need to find instances of people engaging in certain types of conduct on the Internet. The conduct will be found on social media websites, like Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Tumblr, and other websites where users submit and create content that may call out others who engage in this certain type of conduct. When that conduct is found I want evidence of the conduct to be saved by screen capture or PDF save. I then want research performed to find whatever information can be found about the individuals who haved engaged in or is being accused of the conduct. Information would include any publicly available information like the person's social media account, location, any pictures available, phone numbers, e-mail address, employment information, etc. No actual writing will be required. Just copying, pasting, preserving content, and gathering information about people that is available publicly. Information about the content you will be researching will be provided if we are interested in hiring you after reviewing your big. Job will pay a fixed fee of $2.00 per acceptable submission of content. Meaning each submission must contain certain amount of information to be acceptable. Budget is between $250-$300. Project budget may expand after initial round of content is submitted.
