I'm looking to invest in purchasing foreclosed homes on Long Island, New York. This would include Suffolk and Nassau counties. I'm trying to find homes that are foreclosed which are not listed on MLS yet or foreclosed homes that are due to be listed online but have not yet. I'm also looking for a list of probate records that have real estate attached, basically the idea is that I can contact the new owner of the house which has been taken over to see if they are intersested in selling. Please let me know if you could provide me with this service and what your price would be. Looking for this to be an ongoing request, probably weekly. Thank you Danny
