RESEARCH ON TOILETRIES

I am MUKUND.P.J, a product of Presidency College, Madras. I completed my Under Graduation and Post Graduation in English Literature in flying colors between 1989-1994. The project work for my Bachelors Degree in English Literature was Mass Action For National Regeneration (MANAR). The objective of this dissertation was data collection on the illiteracy rates at various slum areas of Madras and an awareness program on importance of literacy. A write up work had to be submitted before the deadline followed by a viva conducted by a panel of professors. Likewise, the project to be worked on for my Masters Degree in English Literature was Error Analysis 'Towards an analysis of errors committed by Under Graduation science steam students of the same college'. For this dissertation too data collection on Science pupils' performance in four modules listening, reading, writing and speaking was collected and timely feedback with suggestions for improvement was given for their betterment. The write up work submission and viva session were the same as it was when I did my Under Graduation project.i scored an A plus grade for both the projects. Whenever inter college essay writing competitions are held I participate and on one occasion I won the first price. Since I had exposure to airline sales and retail sales management both in India and GCC countries my oral communication skills in English was really impressive which helped me fulfill the set targets. I decided to do something related to my educational back ground after having exhibited my talent in sales between 1995-2001. Since 2002 till date, my level of exposure in tutoring adult learners enabled me to sharpen my written communication also in areas such as essay writing, letter writing and report writing.
