We want to phone call/ Skype lists of companies (prospects) who take a trial for our service on our website. The trial users have been prospected, of the 120 signups, 20 are businesses that have a website and have installed our analytics software. We have a crm tool, pipedrive, that is being filled by trial users from our site. We want to call businesses that signup in Europe and America, and call the businesses shortly after their signup. We want to joint-develop a call script, the goal of the script is to understand the companies that are signing up. We are looking for companies where we can up-sell the default website-analytics product. There are around 10 new prospects per week that need to be called. We want to get in touch with these companies, understand their needs and make them aware of our product by giving a personal touch to using the analytics software. We have noticed that a 5 to 15 minute call increases the conversion rate.
