SalesForce Apex Triggers and Scheduled Jobs

Looking for a APEX developer to create four Apex triggers and one schedule Apex job as well as all test classes needed for deployment. These are pretty basic: 1) Trigger to send out an email notification when an attachment (that is not an email attachment) is added to an Opportunity; 2) Trigger to cause a workflow rule (already completed) to run in a custom child object when a specific field is changed in the Parent Opportunity; 3) Trigger or Apex code to capture and outbound SalesForce email attachments and attach them to an Opportunity (should not cause the Trigger in #1 to fire); 4) Scheduled Apex job to edit/update every Opportunity once a day to cause an existing workflow rule to run (we are currently doing this manually with Data Loader); 5) Trigger to fire a workflow in a custom object (child to Opportunity) when an email with the words "First Glance" in the subject is sent from the Opportunity.
