I need a set of mencoder recipes to convert audio and video files to other formats. There are a set of inputs allowed and I need recipes to create high quality conversions for each input to a set of outputs. For example, inputs for audio will include mp3, wav, rm, and others and I need the mencoder commands to convert each of those inputs to mp3, flv, wav, rm, etc. There is a big list of inputs and outputs. Please only bid if you are VERY experienced with mencoder and have done these conversions before. You need to know mencoder inside and out in order to know all the options for the conversions. Thanks.
