Need 50 unique SEO Articles on Renters Insurance

Once project is awarded, I will provide the keyword list. All articles related to Renters, Landlord and home insurance. SEO Articles Specifications: 1. Uniquely written for specific keywords. 2. Some may require background research. 3. These articles should be 500 words or more. 4. All articles must be completely unique. NOTE: this means unique from each other (the 50 articles) and from anything else on the web. 5. Must pass copyscape: you must have your own account with copyscape and check each article 6. The articles must be informative, useful and interesting to our readers and not “spammy” 7. Primary keyword needs to be in Title 8. Primary keyword needs to be used in first and last sentence of the article 9. Primary keyword should ideally be used in a sub heading somewhere in the article 10. Primary keyword used throughout text with density around 1%. 11. Weekly minimum 5 Articles should be delivered. 12. All exclusive rights/copyrights of these articles will belong to me; as such you are not permitted to use or distribute the articles in any way, including providing samples to your other customers or potential clients. Payment milestone:- 1) As soon as project is awarded, I will release $25. 2) Once the 25 articles are delivered, 50% of the total bid will be released 3) Remaining amount will be released once all 50 articles are delivered. We are expecting high quality original articles and if we are happy with the quality this will become an ongoing regular article writing position for generally 5 articles at a time.
