SEO and Link Building

We have two sites, one is a Satellite-TV related site, and the other one is a niche shopping portal. We need an experienced SEO company or individual to help manually add 50 links to each site (100 links total) from PR3 to PR8 from sites which are related to the following areas: Satellite TV, fashion Clothing, home decorating, gifts, furniture, etc. This project will start immediately. Please don’t bid unless you can MEET the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS For each site: 1. Links must be Permanent static html links with the anchor text, must be in text, no graphics. 2. At least 10 of these links must be PR5; 3. At least 4 of these links must be PR6; 4. At least 3 of these links must be PR7; 5. At least 1 of these links must be PR8; 6. Must be One way links only. 7. Links should contain the target keyword/keyword Phrases. 8. All links must be from different Class-C IP addresses, and links must be listed in corresponding PR sites and Pages, link pages must be cached by Google and Yahoo the last 45 days. 11, No unethical or black-hat tactics, links cannot be from framed pages, cannot be through a JavaScript, or a redirect script, cannot be on flash sites or pages, cannot use any automated techniques or any black-grey hat tactics, no link from guestbook’s, blogs, classifieds, dynamic inks, link farms, free for all websites and the likes. 12. After Google has the indexed the page with link, I will then release the remaining 50% if the links are still up.
