Google Experts Wanted - Multiple Awards

I'm willing to pay for a true solution. I have three search terms (names) that I want to dominate Google with. It doesn't matter what site comes up. I simply want to push existing information further down the search engine ladder into obscurity. Thus, I am looking for providers who can craft copy based on the information I provide them and paste this information on 5000 different sites that will be indexed by Google. The information needs to be unique enough that Google doesn't ban the page but it CAN be computer generated copy. At the end of the day (project), I want the first 15 pages of Google for this search term to show the information that you have created rather than what is there now.
