prestashop theme modifications

We are currently working on an online store using the prestastore platform and we need to make some modifications. The first is we need to add a custom flash ad to the left hand side where the image of a computer monitor is. The flash movie will be supplied as it will be a countdown to christmas animation and a custom flash movie on the homepage where the centre image is at the top of the page. We also need to add a custom designed footer which will be designed by oursleves and we can supply the psd file if needed. We will provide the url via pm for any bidders interested.
