I would like to have the following made: Clone of a real estate portal, www.jaap. nl There must be some additional functions added to suit my needs, connect with facebook for login, rating system of houses. RSS feeds for every city result page, automatically generated in admin tool. And then 200+ different websites have to be scraped, all different sites, most are small sites and only about 25 are large (1.000.000 listings will result in 5.000.000 pages!!). Pictures, detailed info etc must be gathered, sent to database which will have to be connected to the website ofcourse. Hosting will be done on 2 servers, 1 for spidering, 1 for website. Flickr API must be integrated so people can upload their pictures directly from Flickr ( and maybe other popular photo sites) Youtube links must be able to be emmbedded into a listing. google language tool integration. Whole website must be superfast, compressed techniques (Gzip) where available and cache to optimize speed. Auto fit the photos of people and resizing. Auto fit browser size, XML file insertion from realtors. Special page suited for mobile app. Weather RSS feeds must be able to be displayed on result pages.
