Modify Existent "Context Menu Shell Handler", Adding an Extra Entry

We have a Shell Extension, more specifically a "Context Menu Handler". It currently has 5 entries and each one simply performs a lookup in a text/configuration file that looks as follows: C:\Users\Some\Directory\Some\[login to view URL] <current directory> The corresponding app is executed. At this point we have a 6th. application, which we would like to add at the end of the menu. The person with the right experience can do this in about 2 hours (with coffee breaks). It is mainly copy+paste existent code. If you do not have ample experience with Windows Shell Extensions, please do not waste your time and mine. Visual Studio 2010
