Airline reservation system

Just checked the attached document. The reservation system is the main theme of this project. Agent and Admin are the users of this system. By the way, regarding GUI, have you any planning to use any ready made template for this or need custom designs? An interactive search module will be there. But I am curious to know about the search fields. Will there be any advance filter module enabled or not? Will the system pay compensation to the travellers for flight cancellations or not? And against cancellation, will their journey be rescheduled with another flights? I also need to know, whether there will be any Payment module integrated with or not? In case of Payment Processor integration, I need to know about your preferred payment processor. Accordingly I will make my planning. Please note that including payment processor integration, it will effect my quote amount. I am working almost 13 years with Asp.Net and have a strong hands with Asp.Net, C#, Asp.Net MVC, Asp.Net Core etc. Already developed various desktop based applications with Asp.Net. After creating the Form project, I can set various properties of the Form. On right click on Form, will get code behind window, where I can write the required codes.
