Including websites, PDFs, Office Documents, even inside of exe files. I am confident I can complete this task, by forging incoming and outgoing HTTP GET/POST headers I can simulate a real world user in a web browser and mass submit as many short urls as needed, just like a normal user would. I suggest we start with a solid multi-threaded core. That way 100s of proxies can be run side by side each isolated from each other. So if one thread fails, for example bad proxy, it will not effect all the other running jobs and can just be marked for retry with a fresh proxy. Most people on this website are part-time today and gone tomorrow. With myself you are not just paying for a project, you are making a business connection with a developer.
