Cashless Transaction System in School by Using Barcode Scanner

Canteen vendor will scan students' bar code on their student ID cards. Transactions will show instantly on vendor's app. Parents app will also show their child's transactions instantly so that they could monitor their child's spending habits. On the other hand, the system can add as many vendors as possible. They all will use a scanner to complete the transactions and children can print out many their own barcode any time they want. Parents at home can transfer money from their bank account or tie up their child's account with their debit card, everything refer to Touch and Go app from Malaysia. Parents transfer money will enjoy zero transaction fees but vendors have to pay 1.8% transaction fees. Vendors have to fill in the details about their products in the system so that parents will receive the details about what their children bought/spent. The scanner could connect to the app or cashier. Whatever the vendor type into the cashier, the scanner will deduct the equivalent amount from the barcode. Some vendors who sell single product can fix the scanner at only one price. Students can press the scanner button to pay. And vendors are allowed to insert the details about the products from their laptop or smartphones, pictures and text descriptions are allowed. Parents have the right to cancel any transactions within 3 days except food and drinks or any instant use products or transaction that is less than certain amount.
