We want to create a custom skills that enables one or more Amazon Echo devices to broadcast a message. The skill could be designed either as a standalone app or to use the Alexa>to>Alexa calling capability. Requirements are roughly as follows: 1) Receive a recording from a web server 2) Identify the Echo devices to receive the message based on their registered address 3) Play the message on the Echo devices This project requires requirements development in addition to coding. Please mention in your bid if you have done any development on the Amazon Echo platform
